The company’s residential portfolio currently covers projects catering to customers across all income groups. It believes that it has established a relatively successful track record in the real estate industry in Uttarakhand by developing projects through focus on innovative architecture, strong project execution and quality construction.
It enters into joint venture with land owners by making advance payment and further payments are staggered on various completion stages. At time, the company also gives them some flats/apartments against part payments.
